Being successful in life requires more than one characteristic like honesty, communication, ambition, sense of humor etc. However, if we have to choose one characteristic then it would be the ability to communicate. Being able to communicate with people is advantageous in many ways.
First of all, communication skills are so important in work especially if we work as a team member. If we don’t have good communication with other team members then we are not able to develop good ideas. Even if we have some good ideas for instance then we are not able to propose them. Moreover, many jobs nowadays require very good communication skills especially if we are working as a representative to some company, an auditor or administration or management or technician, even a nurse. Success is yet not only considered in work life but also in personal life.
Family and friendship relationships require good communication. Having the ability to communicate with family and friends gives us more respect. Moreover the person wins the love of the people around him/her and therefore increases his/her chances of being happy life.
To sum it all, communication skills make it easier for a person to achieve both love and success in his/her personal and professional life. Therefore, easier and smoother relations. So having good communication skills is considered an important characteristic to be success Furthermore, even if a person manages to succeed in work without good communicative skills, that person will probably experience difficulties in their personal life. Success in life is not only limited to professional achievements. Family relationships and personal relationships are also important aspects of it.
